About Startupfailures.com "the place for bouncing back"

Nick was sitting at his kitchen table when the idea for Startupfailures.com hit him like a ton of bricks . His peers no longer needed help raising venture capital, but how to deal with their startup failure.

Initially, friends suggested something kinder and gentler than Startupfailures.com. After all, who wants to be associated with failure?  Nick's instinct, however, told him that if he was going to help to take the stigma out of failing, he would need to take it head on.  Within days of launching, he quickly realized he had struck a chord with entrepreneurs around the world.

Startupfailures.com quickly became "the place for bouncing back".  In fact, one of the entrepreneurs profiled by Startupfailures.com, Jonathan Abrams, did bounce back in a big way, launching Friendster, arguably the company that put social networking on the map and helped spur the dot-com 2.0 wave.

Startupfailures has been featured in dozens of publications around the world and is relaunching in preparation to help support the hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs that are pursuing their dreams of dot-com 2.0 success, knowing that for many, success will elude them this time around, but with a little encouragement and support, they will be back, creating whatever comes next!

As Nick is often quoted, "the only true failure is never trying".
